Our science students had a sweet time in the kitchen, baking cookies while exploring the fascinating chemistry of cooking! From the role of chemical reactions with baking soda to the magic of sugar caramelizing in the Maillard reaction, they learned firsthand how science brings delicious treats to life.
It was a fun and tasty way to see chemistry in action—proof that science can be both educational and enjoyable!
